Hello, my name is Ebe Cotton and I look forward to assisting you through your homebuying journey.

With more than 40 years of experience, I have become a vital resource for homeowners and Realtors alike. I see things that other industry professionals may overlook allowing me to help thousands of homeowners purchase and refiance homes. I am passionate about finding creative financing solutions for my clients. I am a FHA DE Underwriter, Certified Divorced Lending Professional, and a Military Lending Specialist.

Along with my years of experience in mortgage, I also have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1981. My combined knowledge in both of these areas helps to ensure that my clients are informed and comfortable during every step of the process. I pride myself in making this process as easy and stress-free as possible.

I currently reside in The Sagamore Golf Community with my sweetheart. I enjoy spending time on the golf course, traveling, and chasing our 7 grandchildren.

CONVENTIONAL

FHA

JUMBO
